Student Slouch - Crochet

What would happen if you took the Thesis Wrap…and shrank it to the size of a hat? You’d get the Student Slouch! Like the Thesis Wrap, it uses colors from the Library Collection by The Frosted Stitch. However, this project is great for using up those scraps of DK yarn you have lying around (left over from your Thesis Wrap, hint hint). It features short row shaping and a fun slip stitch detail at the crown, as well as a ribbed brim.

The pattern also includes instructions for a non-color blocked version and guidance for modification. There is also a detailed pattern overview, coloring pages, and a review of short rows and how they are used in this pattern. Whatever options you choose, you’ll have your own special crochet Student Slouch.
