Striped Skunk Amigurumi Pattern

This Adobe Pdf file is my original design crochet pattern for a Striped Skunk. The written pattern is illustrated with photos showing every step in the construction of the skunk.

The pattern is crocheted in a continuous spiral and requires knowledge of the following stitches (including increases and decreases): chain, slip stitch, single crochet, and half double crochet.

Item size will depend on the weight of yarn used. I crocheted the sample with Loops and Threads Impeccable worsted weight acrylic yarn and size F crochet hook. Sample size is about 6 1/2” long and 5” tall, not including the tail. The pattern was designed with a teddy bear disk type joint between the head and body, thread jointing of all four legs, and wire in the tail, so she is quite pose able.
