Striped Mitts

It’ll be all stripe! Practice your colour-work skills with simple stripes to make this pair of fingerless mitts and keep the chill at bay on autumn walks.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the mitts are knit in DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, seaming, knitting stripes, single rib and stockinette stitches, and a kfb increase. Equivalent to a size small/medium, for adults or teens, length is 24cm and hand measures 9.25cm across for a 18.5cm circumference.
