Product Description
Sommelier is an airy crescent shaped shawl with deliciously simple elements. It’s knitted with sport weight yarn in easy-to-memorize patterns. Combining garter stitch, eyelets and mesh lace, this modern shawl is relaxing to knit and looks beautiful wrapped around your neck.
Beginning from the neck with a garter tab cast on, Sommelier is worked with increases on both edges for a deep crescent shape. Eyelets created by yarn overs on all sides of the shawl make blocking a breeze, as the blocking wires are simple and quick to insert along the eyelet holes.
Oodles of yarn overs bring airiness to the shawl and ensure that even a modest amount of yarn can go a long way. For those lonely single skeins and other small yarn amounts in your stash, Sommelier is the perfect choice.
