Solco

SOLCO is a shawl/scarf knitted point to point. It’s textured all over, using slipped stitches, garter stitch and ridges pattern, in different directions.  Stitches used are pretty easy and the rhythm is perfect for mindless knitting. The achieve texture is so squishy that you will do not want to remove it from your neck!

needle : US 7 / 4.5 mm or size to obtain gauge  gauge : 22 sts x 42 rows in slipped stitches pattern, after wet-blocking

Yarn : DK weight  Sample shown in Laines du Marquenterre, 100 % wool, 275 yards (250 meters)/100 g  Color 1 : Estran = 250 yards / 225 m  Color 2 : Shetland = 90 yards / 85 m  Color 3 : Ecorce = 385 yards / 350 m
