Inspiration and construction

First time seeing this unbelievable soft and shiny yarn from Samelin Deyworks, the Pure silk light, I fell in love. This had to be transformed into a light, cooling, oversized summer shirt. During hot summer days this will feel like a cool breeze on your skin.

It is knitted top down with set in sleeves. Except some short rows in the neck there are no purled rows or rounds, so that there is no needle management or risk of uneven rows given.

At the front is a little but effective and easy to memorize pattern.

The sleeve length can be knitted according to your preference - short to long ones. Yarn consumption is calculated with ¾ sleeve length.

Choose your size with 10-20cm, for bigger sizes 5-15cm of positive ease.
