Product Description
Sild shawl can be used as a hap shawl, lap blanket or baby blanket.
The pattern includes directions for working the shawl/blanket in 3 sizes 100x100, 120x120 and 140x140 centimeters after blocking.
The middle of the blanket is worked back and forth while the lace edge is worked in the round. The pattern is written for a knitter who is able to follow written instructions as well as follow a lace chart and work increase and decrease. (Direction is a combination of chart and written text).
This pattern calls for a yarn with a gauge of approximately 30 stitches per 10 centimeters, i.e. a yardage of approximately 175 meters per 50 grams. Pictured in Drops baby merino - 175 meters per 50 grams.
Materials: yarn, circular knitting needle and yarn needle for weaving in ends.
The pattern does not include finished items yarn etc. The pattern only includes instruction for knitting the shawl / blanket.
