Product Description
This pattern has all the details you need to make yourself a cute little Roman Soldier. You can choose between three different versions of armour to give him different looks, and you can make him a helmet, sword and cloak. The pattern is written using US crochet terms, and the list of abbreviations includes the UK alternatives.
You will need double knitting yarn in the following approximate amounts:
15g skin colour yarn.
15g red yarn.
10g armour colour yarn (plus approx 15g extra for helmet for versions 2 and 3).
25g hair colour yarn.
10g dark brown yarn for boots/sandals/leather.
10g dark red yarn for cloak.
5g light brown yarn for undershorts (version 1).
Small amount of black yarn or embroidery thread for mouth.
Small amounts of silver grey, gold, cream and a different brown yarn for sword and scabbard.
Small amount of gold yarn for belt (version 2).
