• Sleeves are worked separately, beginning with a cast-on and then increasing 1 stitch at each end on the 5th row and every following 8th (or size-appropriate) row to shape the sleeve from cuff to underarm.
• The sleeve top is shaped by casting off stitches at the beginning of successive rows, reducing the stitch count in stages before casting off the remaining stitches.
• The finished garment is made up using a complementary plain yarn, which is folded and seamed as directed.
