RISPEN is a female beanie worked in two-color brioche stitch. A bottom up hat featuring a botanically-inspired allover pattern of frozen trees  and leafs. Details like the German twisted cast on, seamless transitions from ribbing and brioche pattern and shaping crown decreases yield a female accessory. Perfect pattern to gift yourself or to warm the ones you love.

The RISPEN hat has a brim, is very stretchy and well-fitting at the same time.   

I really would love to make you trying brioche knitting. So I have tried to keep the pattern simple, based on the basic brioche stitches, increases and decreases.  Although it looks like cabled stitches, there is no need for a single cable needle. You can do it, knitters!

All shown samples were knit in Fyberspates Vivacious DK, which creates a very squishy, dense warm fabric and makes brioche stitches pop out for glorious texture. I was using soft gentle greys in the foreground (MC) and bright colors in the background (CC).
