Growing up, LiZ and Elizabeth both read The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. They were enamoured by the tale of young Mary seeking a bit of eart to tend and in the process deiscovering not only a secret garden but also the joy and power that comes with the love of family and friends. As they grew up LiZ and Elizbaeth both began to dicover their own secret gardens, getting married, teaching school, raising children and being involved in their communities.
