Quiet Barents Sea cowl

The cowl is a double-layered cowl, the outer layer is knit in intarsia in the round, the inner layer knit in simple stockinette. After both layers are worked, they are joined together with i-cord binding done simultaneously on both layers. It is sister design for the Quiet Barents Sea stole with the same waves pattern in two (or one color). The knitting of the outer layer pattern requires attention but the inner layer is good TV knit.
