Crocheting the Nudu hat.
I found the pattern sizing too small. I made a hat for a 5 month old baby but used sizing for 2-12 yr old. Pattern was explained very well.

Pattern was unusable and support was unsatisfactory
The pattern was beyond poor. The photos were blurry and the instructions were contradictory. Highly over priced for what was actually provided. I had to essentially make up my own pattern to make the item and because it was a digital download I was refused a refund. I had contacted the support to request a refund but was refused on the grounds that the pattern had downloaded correctly. The pattern was literally unusable even though it downloaded correctly.
