Not Quite Steampunk Cowl

This is an intermediate level pattern with some tricky construction and new techniques. It is all described in the pattern and there is a photo tutorial to help with the checked area of the cowl.

I was looking for something quirky and a bit different for my daughter and this is what we came up with. She is a fan of steampunk style and this fitted the bill perfectly.

This cowl is feminine with flowers and checks, it adds a little something different to an outfit all while keeping you neck area warm and cosy. Works up fairly quickly once you have the techniques down and is a stylish and chic accessory. Of course the flowers can be made separately and added to anything :).

The pattern includes a photo tutorial to help with the checked area, as I have put this on the last 2 pages of the pattern you can choose whether you want to print it out.
