Product Description
Soft and textured, Northern Sky is a beautiful triangle shawl knitted from the bottom up. The open star stitch creates a light and airy fabric with fluffy textural interest, especially with cashmere yarn. The size is adjustable, so you can make it exactly the size you want. This shawl is a relaxing and meditative knit, with a simple rhythm that is easily memorised after the first few repeats.
YARN: Approximately 672 m / 732 yds of DK weight yarn. Shown in Cardiff Cashmere Classic (100% Cashmere; 112 m / 122 yds per 25 g), colourway Mosè.
NEEDLE: Size 5 mm / US 8. Shawl is worked flat but 100 cm / 40 inch circular needle is recommended to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
