This pattern is short and simple. I did get confused by some of the instructions, but once I realized that it is knit in the round in two identical halves, it fell into place for me. Inexperienced knitters will have to look up things like tubular cast-on, casting on in the middle of a row, etc., but nothing too difficult or daunting.
