Newport Lace Wrap

Newport Lace Wrap is a graceful graphic triangles morphing to a diamond pattern with playful eyelets, giving a geometric movement to the piece. Any yarn weight can be used by adjusting needle size accordingly. Pattern is written for lace weight.

Finished sizes: Wrap 16” x 71” unblocked, 22” x 84” blocked

Model Details: Miss Babs Yasmin, lace weight 80% merino, 20% silk, 1250 yards (1125 meters), 4.6 ounces, used 1hanks or 1247 yards, US #3, 3.25 mm needle, color: Coral

Yarn: Laceweight - Wrap 1250 yards or 1125 meters.

Needle size: US. #3 or #4, 3.25mm or 3.5mm Row Counter (recommended) Stitch markers (recommended).

NOTE: Any yarn weight can be used, adjust needle size accordingly

Note on Gauge: Gauge is not as important on pieces that do not require a fit, however swatching will help determine the needle size to get the desired openness of lace fabric. Recommend swatch
