4mm Hook
The band is Half Double/Treble Crochet worked into the 3rd Loop.
Crocodile Stitch is used to form the Petals.
A small amount of Surface Slip Stitch is done on the Flower centre.
This is a written pattern with some photos to help along the way.
This hat has been tested and my testers have produced some very beautiful hats.
