We all need a little love and rainbows in our lives. I wrote this pattern to get a little happiness out into the world, one rainbow at a time. This is a fun, simple colorwork pattern that is easy to memorize. This pattern was specifically designed to showcase the rainbow in your yarn stash.
SIZES : Adult Small (Medium, Large)
YARN : FINGERING WEIGHT YARN Main Color : 110 (130, 150) yards TOTAL Contrasting Color : 76 (88, 100) yards Contrasting Color/6-round repeat* : 3-3.5 (3.5-4, 4-4.5) yards *All CC color changes in chart A will require 3 (3.5, 4) yards. All CC color changes in chart B will require 3.5 (4, 4.5) yards.
FINISHED DIMENSIONS : Circumference : 6 (7, 8) inches Length : 9.5 inches
NEEDLES : US 3 (3.25mm) & US 1 (2.25mm) DPNs or other small circumference needles in each size or size needed to obtain gauge
GAUGE : 32 stitches & 40 rounds = 4 inches in stockinette stitch (using colorwork heart motif) on LARGER NEEDLES
