My Heart Belongs To...., Child's Cap

I had some red yarn, Valentines Day was coming up, and I was looking through a knitting book. I saw the Channel Island Cast-On, and thought it would look so cute on a little hat. The design came together fast, and knit up just as quick. I think this hat would look cute on any little Valentine head.
