Product Description
Molène, named after a small island in Brittany, is a small crescent shawl worked bottom-up. The wide lace border is achieved first, worked vertically through 31 stitches. Then stitches are picked up along one of the long sides of the lace border (from the first yo of the odd rows) ,to complete the garter stitch top of the shawlette. A set of decreased and short rows shapes its crescent form, well curved in the middle to hug the neck. It is worked like lightning and you get a charming shawl in few evenings. It will be perfect for all seasons.
