Mistletoe Moose

Mistletoe Moose measures 18 inches/45.5cm from head to foot using double knit and 19 inches/48.5 using Aran weight. He is dressed for the cold and frosty days in a snuggly sweater.

I have suggested that using poly pellets is optional, if you are to use Mistletoe as a decoration, using poly pellets will weight him to a shelf nicely but if you intend gifting as a toy, there is no need to use them.

I have used a fuzzy yarn for the boot and mitt trims but if you don’t have any to hand a white or cream contrast will work just as well. Eyelash yarn is used for his mohawk, this can be difficult to find now, you could use loop and latch with double knit yarn after you have completed sewing and stuffing the head.
