The question is: what came first, the pattern or the yarn? In this case I was so excited about these subtle hand-dyed colors and started to dream about a new botanical-inspired pattern! I was thinking about a leaf tendril or a climbing plant.  It´s so exciting to make little unventions in brioche knitting. As soon as you start increasing or decreasing,  stitches become alive and pattern lines are growing all over the hat!
