Product Description
Merewether can be knit and worn as either a vest or tank top and has been designed to have minimal or negative ease to show off your curves.
The sample shown was knit in the non-retail Madelinetosh DK Twist in a colour called Baltic. Several of the pattern testers used Malabrigo Rios, and the closest colour to the original shown in the photos is Bobby Blue. This design changes stitch count on different rows of the pattern repeat, which helps stop pooling in variegated colours.
Worked seamlessly bottom-up, the body is shaped along princess lines in the front and at the centre back. The pattern stitch is a decorative rib and does not use cables. The upper back is worked in a wide rib with a feature motif from the main stitch pattern.
