Magic Monkey

This adorable Magic Monkey is knit in the round, (Intermediate Level), using Magic Loop (or double pointed needles). It is approx. 12” tall (without hat) and is created using #3-light wt. (DK wt.) yarn. Needles needed: size 3 (3.25mm) & size 5 (3.75mm) 32” Circular Knitting Needles (if using Magic Loop). The legs, body, arms, and head are all knit on as you work along. The muzzle is added later. The cape and hat are removable. Pattern includes directions for monkey, bunny, cape, hat, and wand.

1. 10mm Safety Eyes or embroidery thread/yarn
2. For Hat: 2 ½” x 12” plastic canvas rectangle and 3 ½” diameter plastic canvas circle (can be cut from rectangular plastic canvas sheet)
3. Plastic Straw (cut to 2 ¾” long)
