Did a lot of swatching playing with the stitch combinations before settling on this pattern. Each edge off the scarf has a twisted stitch that gives a lovely edge. The two ends are garter stitch that is also used throughout the design.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is a scarf but is just wide enough that it could be worn as a shawl.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMeasurements: 12 1\/2\" X 60\"\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGauge is not super critical because it is a scarf.
