Pleasantly surprised
Great wool and easy to work with but thought it would be a thicker ply. However, my end product has turned out well as I just doubled the wool use and it’s very warm.
PLEASE NOTE: Tweed shades have different blend (78% Wool,13% Acrylic,9% Rayon) and different skein size (170g and 318m).
Only [Birch Tweed-202]: 90% wool, 7% acrylic, 3% rayon

Very happy with this wool
I like fishermen yarn is beautiful
This is my first time using Lionbrand fisherman yarn. It is lovely to knit with and a good value for the money. I purchased it to make a shawl collar sweater, and I am very pleased with how it is looking. I would definitely recommend this yarn.
Pricey, but knitting up well.
The fishermans wool is knitting up well. I chose to use a smaller knitting needle from what was recommended on the wool. I only had one skein that had one broken section. It has good body and firm feel.
Excellent lovely for my hands also.
