Lexie - 8ply/DK block stitch bib and washcloth

This matching 8ply Bib and Cloth are worked in an easy, reversible, block stitch. This pattern will suit any baby girl or boy.

Bib width: 16cm [6¼ inches]. Bib length (approx, excluding strap): 18cm [7 inches].

Cloth width: 25cm [10 inches]. Cloth length (approx): 25cm [10 inches].

Yarn required: 2 balls Lincraft Cotton 8ply, 50g balls@100m.

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing in ends.

Also required: A button for Bib.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over patt, using 4.00mm needles.

Pattern rating: Easy.

My Bib and Cloth set has been worked in 8ply yarn but this pattern can easily be adapted to suit other yarns.
