Lattice Mittens

The pattern is worked in rounds on short circular needles or double pointed needles.

Skills required: knit, purl, knit through back loop, increases, cables, working in the round.

Size: One size, approx. 21 cm (8.25”) long, 8 cm (3.15”) wide, measured flat.

Yarn: Lana Grossa Landlust Alpaca Merino 100 (50% Merino wool, 50% Alpaca; 100 m (109 yds)/50 g (1.75 oz)), colour 318 Light Blue, 2 skeins.

Needles:

4.5 mm (US size 7) double pointed needles (dpn);

5 mm (US size 8) dpn or short circular needles, length 25 cm, as you prefer.

Notions:

2 cable needles;

3 stitch markers;

stitch holder;

tapestry needle.

Gauge: 19 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm (4”) in Stockinette st using 5 mm needles.
