Lace Cupcakes Baby Blanket

This is a pattern for a baby blanket or afghan in lace design and a wide ruffled trim made with light worsted (category 3) yarn and size G/6 (4.25 mm) crochet hook. The finished blanket measures approximately 38 by 31 inches.  The skill level is beginner. This pattern can easily be adjusted to a bigger or smaller size. The multiple for the stitch is included in the pattern.   The pattern is written in English, using the US crochet terminology.  This pattern is my original design and it cannot be redistributed.
