Laboratory Pullover

The professorial Laboratory Pullover has the rugged look of the Traditional Dutch fishing sweaters that inspired it, but the luxurious feel of fine merino, and the modern style of seamless set-in sleeves picked up and worked with short rows. This pullover features a crisply textured Rope and Ladder motif that recalls the rigging of a ship at sea, and will keep you warm whether you are adventuring on that ship or cozy at home as an armchair oceanographer. Originally published in the Science issue of Interweave Knits, hence the name.
