Knit in the round, then felted. You need worsted weight, feltable wool as well as size 10 1/2 circular & double pointed needles.
Approximate Final Dimensions of the felted bag: 20cm x 28 cm, with 90cm strap. This will vary, based on your knitting gauge and felting.
