This is a pattern for a Jumper and Vest, originally published in Knitting magazine. The jumper is in a simple rib stitch, the vest in stocking stitch, both with garter stitch edges. The yarn quantities shown are for the jumper. For the vest: 8(8:9:9) x 50g balls of yarn. The yarn has now been discontinued, any yarn knitting to the tension can be used. Yarn and Materials
Both garments are crafted using Sirdar Just Bamboo, an aran weight yarn available in 50g balls. The Rib Jumper requires 10 to 12 balls depending on size, while the Rib Vest requires 8 to 9 balls. The bamboo yarn provides a soft, breathable quality ideal for comfortable, wearable garments.
