You will only need ONE arm measurement, and to try it on a few times as you go to ensure perfect fit for YOUR body. No maths involved, the method is really easy and straight-forward to follow...

I made mine cropped length, but you will be able to make it longer so easily (as explained in pattern). You can also customize the ease around body, skip the hood ect... as you can see on the testers' beautiful versions.
