Jayden - 8ply cocoon/snuggle bag

This 8ply Papoose/Cocoon/Snuggle Bag is so easy to knit and is sure to keep bub snug as a bug in a rug! The pattern is very adaptable and it is easy to alter the overall length as well as the number and width of the stripes. The top edge can be rolled back to make the Papoose the right length for the baby.

Circumference at top edge: 48cm [19 ins]. Length (approx): 50cm [20 ins].

Yarn required: Creative Basics Esther 8ply, 100g balls@220m. 1 ball 1st colour. 1 ball 2nd colour.

Needles required: A set of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] double-pointed knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing in ends.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.
