Product Description
The Jackson County Hat is a design I created especially for my bald-headed brother, but it works equally well for femails. I wanted squishy cables and a doubled brim to keep his head warm. The ribbed nature of the fabric makes the hat look narrow, but it s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-s easily to fit almost any adult head up to a 24" (61 cm) circumference. Also, this hat used up almost every bit of a 250 yard (230 meter) skein of DK yarn.
The ribbed brim flows into the cable pattern on the body of this hat. Pattern is written and fully charted for one size that easily stretches to fit most heads. There are 2 options for the cables included: in Option A the adjacent cables twist toward each other, and in Option B, the adjacent cable twist away from each other.
