Product Description
This hat is simple enough that a beginner can have hope that this will be a wonderful new hobby and that Christmas presents might be really fun to make this year. Or this hat might be a treasured gift made by a hopeful knitter, knitting for a charity praying for a better life for the recipient. Designed to be paired with Mountain Meadow Wool, Laramie, which has a wonderful structure, spring, and softness.
Hope is a simple hat that beginners can feel comfortable making. This hat and its pattern include my expression and need for hope in my own life and the world I live in.
Made to a worsted gauge I used Mountain Meadow Wool which is very structured, springy with lots of volume. MMW Laramie is a soft, wear next to the skin, 100% Wyoming wool! (Worsted / 10 ply: 100% Mountain Merino Wool/Rambouillet: 200yds / 100g per skein)
