Home on the Range Lace Shawl

Skill level: experienced. The finished shawl is 71'' (180cm) in diameter.

I used 1200 yards of Unique Sheep Eos lace yarn on circular 4mm needles.

This shawl is the first in a series of patterns inspired by traditional songs. The song is about being home in a peaceful place. Somewhow it makes me think about watching the sun set, from your front porch, with trees and schrubs in the foreground, so I put the sun in the central star-shaped section, and leaves and petals on the outer edge of the shawl.
