Henry Hoover Applique Knitting Pattern Snoo's Knits

Our loyal friend Henry Hoover can now be knitted as an accessory for your clothing or interior design. Instead of knitting a jumper, just buy a plain jumper, then knit Henry himself and stitch him on.

This applique can be added to cushions, blankets, backpacks, scarves, curtains, pillowcases… You’re only limited by your imagination!

Size: 18cm [7in] wide

Difficulty: Easy

Stitches used: k2tog, p2tog, kfb, sl1k, sl1p, sl1k1psso

You will need:

• Wool, approx. 30g black, 10g red and 5g white, Double Knit [8-6 ply, “light worsted”.] I used Patons Fab DK. Tension: 10cm x 10cm square is 22 stitches across and 30 rows.

• Knitting needles. I used 3mm.

• Tapestry needle

• Stuffing

• Popper [press stud, snap fastener] (optional)

• Sheet of red or black felt (optional)

• Strips of black felt (optional)

• Very small amount of white felt or fabric (optional)
