Grandma Tea Cosy with coasters

This crochet pattern is written, but not charted. The Grandma cosy is made by making 4 granny squares which are then joined together, with rounds worked to close the top opening.

The cosy is sized to fit a standard round 1.1 litre pot, but granny squares could be worked larger or smaller with other shaped and sized pots.

DK yarn is recommended for this project, however it is a great stash buster, so you could work thinner yarns together to make up to DK thickness.

The pattern also includes written instructions for a mat for the tea pot and coasters.
