Grammy's Crocheted Pocket Tote

This little market bag can be tucked away in your purse, book bag, or glove box for the next quick purchase you make. They make great little gifts for birthday’s or the holidays.

Skill level: Basic Plus – knowledge of working in the round necessary.

Misc: One medium size pony tail band.

Project notes: I’ve combined two patterns to create my version of a market bag that folds into a pocket for easy portability. Pattern one is someone’s version from a booklet titled Quick Tricks, dated 1968, and used crochet thread for its construction. The second pattern was designed by Ruth Shepherd, and is called Tuck Away Tote.
