What Is Being Made

The GEMS Fair Isle Hat is a sophisticated knitted cap featuring an all-over stranded colorwork pattern inspired by precious gemstones and gold. This design combines traditional Fair Isle techniques with a modern aesthetic, creating a visually striking hat that showcases the interplay of multiple colors. The hat is available in two adult sizes: Medium with a 21-inch (53cm) finished circumference and Large with a 23-inch (58cm) finished circumference. Techniques Used

This advanced knitting project employs stranded colorwork, a foundational Fair Isle technique where multiple colors are carried across the fabric to create intricate patterns.
