Garnet Glow (cashmere beaded necklace)

This necklace is elegant while being a great introduction to adding beads to knitting. You'll need 171 size 8/0 beads (shown here in gold) pre-strung on your yarn before starting the knitting.

Sample shown is knit using Spring Gate Farm's amazing cashmere (50%), silk (25%) and merino (25%) blend yarn that is a heavy fingering weight. Shown here in "ruby".
