I fund raise for a Romanian dog rescuer. The lady rescued our three pups from a short and perilous and torturous life on the streets and from being captured by dog catchers and taken to a "kill centre to be killed inhumanely, simply because they were born as strays or abandoned as pups because they were unwanted.
