Floof the squirrel

With this easy and very detailed pattern, you can make a super fluffy and realistic looking squirrel with an acorn.

Size: 5.5 inch / 14 cm when made with Istex Lett Lopi and hook E / 3,5 mm.

The instructions are written in US crochet terms. The pattern contains a list of materials, tools and accessories needed. Brand and colour numbers of the needed yarn. A clear and colour coded description of how to crochet and assemble the animal. Pictures and illustrations to help getting everything right.

Materials Worsted weight yarn (Lètt Lopi) and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook and lace weight yarn (Einband Lopi). You’ll need 3 colours of Lètt Lopi: dark beige (0085), light grey (0054), half a skein of each is more than enough, and a left-over bit of light beige (0086). From Einband Lopi brown 0853 and beige heather 0886. You’ll use these as one strand. For the eyes I’ve used 9 mm animal eyes. You also need fibrefill and a wide comb or fork to model the fluffy tail.
