Escalera Wrap

This pattern is so much fun, it is very relaxing and easy to remember and it has an amazing texture. It was designed in collaboration with @nicole_hueloco using her Woolen Sport base in the colors Marigold, Oatmeal and Foxglove. My inspiration behind the pattern was the game Serpientes y Escaleras (snakes and ladders) and my childhood memories, specially when we visited my grandparents in Mexico City. I remember my grandpa used to take us out for dinner, just the grandkids and him and I remember my grandma sitting down in her chair in the family room... but what I remember the most is the huge circular staircase that had wooden steps. We spent so much time there, climbing, jumping, hanging out.
