Product Description
Material Brooklyn Tweed Tones Light, fingering weight yarn (50g/225yds[206m]; 100% American Columbia Wool); 4 skeins of Persimmon overtone.
Sample used approximately: Cowl: 130g / 585 yds [536m] Hat: 51g / 230 yds [211m]. If you wish to keep the use of the yarn less than 1 skein/50g, consider knitting the brim a bit shorter.
Needles Cowl US size 4 [3.5mm] 32" circular needle or size to obtain correct gauge. Hat US size 1 [2.25m] 16" circular needle. US size 4 [3.5mm] 16" circular needle. US size 4 [3.5mm] 40" circular needle or DPNs for crown decreasing.
Gauge 23.5 sts and 34 rows = 4" [10 cm] in stockinette stitch with US size 4 [3.5 mm] needles, after blocking.
