Endeavour uses the different textures found in combinations of knits and purls to create the circles motif.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis pattern includes two different recipes, one for each foot.  They are essentially the same sock, but with the circles motif orientated in opposite directions on each, to make a pair of socks that will be symmetrical, rather than identical.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis document comes complete with full written instructions for each, as well as charts for the portion of the socks that differs from the left one to the right.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis pattern is for a fairly short, ankle-length sock.
