The Elegant Leaves Scarf is designed by Valerie Baber of Valerie Baber Designs just for you to warm your day with elegance and style. Inspired by the Leaves that adorn trees and plants with their beautiful colours flowing all around. Designed using fingerling/sock weight yarn perfect for most Seasons. Make it as a solid colour, use mini skeins to add a gradient or colourful autumn effect to the scarf or use various greens or a multi coloured combination.
Written in US terminology.
Yarn: You can use most sock and fingerling weight yarns.
SOLID COLOURED SCARF: 2 skeins Fingerling weight/sock weight yarn (425 yd / 388 m per 4 oz / 115 g per skein)
FOR GRADIENT SCARF: 1 Set of 6 Mini Skeins or various colours from your stash with at least 105 yards per colour (105 yd / 96 m per 1 oz / 28 g skein; 80% merino, 20% nylon) 6 mini skeins or 630 yds/ 576 m total of yarn. Shown in the Sweetgeorgia Yarns Colour Fade mini skein sets - 6 mini skeins.
