Easy Child's Cable Hats

This simple cabled hat looks adorable and is a great introduction to cables! Choose a zippy brimless cap or a traditional watch cap with a brim (both versions are included on this pattern). Either way you‘ll end up with an adorable and impressive hat.

Sizes: Small (up to 2 yrs), Medium (up to 6 yrs), Large (up to 12 yrs)

Finished Size: 16", 18", 20"

Yarn: 125 (125, 150) yards of worsted weight yarn

Needles: Size 8 16" circular and double-pointed needles or size required to get gauge

Cable needle (also see explanation of Cabling Without A Cable Needle included on pattern)

Gauge: 20 sts/4" (5 sts/1") in stockinette stitch
